Renee Fitts

Renee Ann Fitts is a former MIT professor and biotech patent attorney spending her golden years fly fishing as much as possible. She feels very fortunate to be able to travel to premier fishing destinations such as Alaska, Cuba, and Belize, and the last several years has hosted trips to Argentina. 2018 is the year of the steelhead for her, with trips planned to Haida Gwaii, the Skeena, and the Babine along with excursions on Oregon and California rivers. Striper fishing on the Sacramento Delta, kayak fishing in home waters of the San Francisco Bay Area, fly tying, and rod building fill those days not on the road fishing. Renee is especially interested in helping fly fishing women to network to help find roommates for travel, fishing opportunities, and all around good fun.
