The Details

• Total Price: $8,270 ($7,600 Lodge & Transfer+$120 Park Fee+$550 Native Fee)
• Total Nights: 9 , 2 of which are in Santa Cruz
• Friday, Arrival: Upon your arrival at Viru – Viru International Airport in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, you will be warmly greeted by out Untamed Angling host, Mr. Zoltan Locsey, he will escort us to the exquisite Los Tajibos Hotel, where your reservation is seamlessly included in your fishing package, providing you with comfortable single-room accommodation.*
• Saturday, Flying to Tsimane: We will be picked up from the hotel after breakfast and transported to “El Trompillo” Domestic Airport for a charter flight to the Oromomo native community, the starting point for our adventure to Pluma Lodge. Upon arrival, we will embark on an exciting dug-out canoe journey upstream to the lodge. After settling in, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy some local fishing during the afternoon at the lodge’s home fishing pool.
• Sunday to Friday, The Pluma Lodge Regular Fishing Program: Your fishing adventure officially begins. Each day, following a delightful breakfast, you will be paired with another angler and accompanied by an English-speaking guide and two skilled natives. Together, you will explore various fishing spots throughout the week. You can expect to return to the lodge at approximately 5 p.m. each day after an exciting day of angling. Shared accommodations at Pluma Lodge.
• Typical Daily Schedule:
  • 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM: Wake up, Coffee & Breakfast
  • 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Fishing
  • 12:00PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch
  • 1:00PM – 5:00PM: Fishing
  • 5:00PM – 8:00PM: Back to lodge, Personal time, Snacks & Cocktails

• Saturday, Return to Santa Cruz: After enjoying a satisfying breakfast, we’ll load up in the dugout canoes and ride down river, back to Oromomo airstrip. From there, we will fly back to Santa Cruz de la Sierra, landing at “El Trompillo” airport. Upon arrival, Mr. Zoltan Locsey will be there to welcome us once again and accompany us to Los Tajibos Hotel, where we will will sleep and wake up to a yummy breakfast.
• Sunday, Departure: On this day, a pre-arranged transfer will ensure that you reach Viru-Viru International Airport in time for your departing flight. Your journey has come to an end, and we trust that you’ve had an unforgettable experience in Bolivia.
