Year of the Carp: Save the date for the Fishwest Spring Fair

ttention Anglers! On April 30th 2016 Fishwest will be celebrating what we like to call the Year of the Carp.  After long deliberation we decided to stick with our “Troutside the Box” theme from last year, and the Year of the Carp was born!

To some, Carp are viewed as a trash fish, best to be dispatched by any way possible. Here at Fishwest we are here to dispel those notions. Catching carp on the fly can be a major challenge with huge rewards. Some of the highlights of the event on April 30th include:

·        Hands On Fly Casting Education
·        Fly Tying Demos
·        Raffle & Door Prizes
·        Educational Fly Fishing Seminars

In addition to all the festivities, Reps from all major manufacturers will be on hand to answer all your questions about Carp fishing and much more. So mark your calendars for April 30th and plan to join us for the fly fishing event you won’t want to miss! For updates RSVP on Facebook HERE or follow our Year of the Carp Pinterest board HERE
